Yesterday, Rob retired from his part time job with STAT MedEvac after 20 years!

We would like to wish him a huge CONGRATULATIONS!
Rob has worked a 24 hour shift every weekend for the last 20 years while working full time, raising a family, and volunteering at Rosedale. Rob, we hope you enjoy your extra hours on the weekends!

Steve Stachowski was honored for 50 years of service to Rosedale VFC.
Joseph Glanzberg was recognized as Rookie of the year.

28-9 Structure fire/explosion

July 01

At approximately 2am last night, the station's bells sounded for a 28-9 structure fire.
Crews responded to reports of a house fire with a potential explosion.
E282 and E16 were the first units to arrive on the scene, where they encountered an active fire after an explosion.

The storms made for a busy evening. E282 responded to a second alarm fire at St. Rita’s Church in Dundalk.

On Monday May 12, 2025, 44-year-old Lieutenant Mark Dranbauer Jr., a 23-year veteran of the Baltimore City Fire Department, suffered a medical emergency while serving the people of Baltimore City.
