Yesterday, Rob retired from his part time job with STAT MedEvac after 20 years!

28-9 Structure fire/explosion

At approximately 2am last night, the station's bells sounded for a 28-9 structure fire. Crews responded to reports of a house fire with a potential explosion. E282 and E16 were the first units to arrive on the scene, where they encountered an active fire after an explosion. Additional personnel arrived with SU283 shortly after the initial call. It’s been a busy 24 hours for our volunteers! The storms made for a busy evening. E282 responded to a second alarm fire at St. Rita’s Church in Dundalk.
