Community Room Rental

The Community Room at Rosedale Volunteer Fire Company can be rented for a variety of purposes.  Our most common rentals are for birthday, anniversary, bridal and retirement parties.  It can also been rented for community meetings, business planning seminars and training seminars. 

Our community room can be used for almost any purpose with a flexible schedule of 4 hour blocks, day or evening. 

NOTE  The Community Hall is NOT handicap accessible. There are 22 steps to reach the hall which is located on the second floor.

   WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Type of Event

• Date/Time

• Contact Information (Name/Address/Telephone)

If this will be a Children's Birthday Party:

•     Child's Name

•     Age

•     Number of children

Children's birthday party includes a tour of the firehouse, a firefighter safety talk and demonstration and a fire engine ride providing no emergency calls pending.

If the Hall Rental for an other event:

•     Number of People

•     Podium (Yes or No?)

•     RVFC member or not?

We do not have kitchen facilities. A sink and refrigerator are available.
 

Note: The following are not permitted:
Alcohol , chafing dishes and sterno

Price: $200 per 4 hour block - $30 each additional hour.
