Rosedale Volunteers were asked by the Baltimore City Fire Department to fill-in one of their own engine companies on Friday, February 16th for the funeral of Firefighter/Paramedic Apprentice Rachael Wilson.  At 0730 hours on that morning, E281 transferred to the quarters of E27/T26 on Mannasota Avenue in Baltimore City.

It was an uneventful morning for the volunteer crew from Rosedale.  T26 was the only unit to be alerted during our stay; they were a first-responder to a medical call.  At approximately 1100 hours E27 returned from the funeral detail, and after a few pictures, E281 returned to our quarters in Rosedale.  While E281 was in the city, both E282 and M285 were attended with crews, serving the community of Rosedale.
